Shakeology
This is a product that is intended as a meal-replacement type shake. Beachbody® advertises Shakeology® as "your healthiest meal of the day." After using this product for 170+ days now, and mixing it up a TON of different ways, I tend to agree. I like Shakeology® for a variety of reasons, one being it's versatility. On it's own, it's a serviceable meal-replacement (17 grams protein, 17 grams carbs, 70+ nutrients, vitamins, minerals, amino acids). But, when mixed with OTHER ingredients, WOW, it really can become a SUPER drink.

For example, one of my favorite ways to mix it up is what I call the "Gorilla."  Along with (1) chocolate, Shakeology® packet, I mix in 6 oz. COLD water, 6 oz. skim milk, (1) banana, 2 tbsp Omega-3 peanut butter and (1) scoop chocolate Whey Isolate protein powder. The result: approx. 520 calories, 57 grams protein, 50 carbs and 13 grams of fat, and that isn't even considering all the vitamins, minerals, nutrients and amino acids! Someone find me a healthier alternative to that "meal replacement" and I'll listen up!
