MY P90X® EXPERIENCE
If you've watched my "transformation" video you know, due to a multitude of reasons, I recently found myself to be in terrible, physical condition. I wanted to improve, I wanted get fit, but I didn't want to do it in public. I was embarrassed, and wasn't interested in doing the "gym grind" (or paying the membership fees). It lists meal plans and recipes, and really guides you through exactly what you should be eating each day.
As far as equipment, I would HIGHLY recommend the P90X® Pull-up Bar, which requires NO assembly and either the bands or an adjustable set of dumbbells.
When you begin the "X" you'll quickly realize that "this ain't some aerobics class from the '70's" (stealing a line from Tony!). You'll be sore, but in a good way...the "wow, I KNOW this is working kind-of way!"
After 30 days, I had lost 13.5 pounds. After 60 days, I had lost 26 pounds. And after 90 days, I had lost an incredible 35.5 pounds and 20.5% of my body fat. I could EASILY fit into size 32" jeans (needing a belt), when back on Day 1 I could barely squeeze into size 38". Just incredible! I never did any outside work either. I just pressed "Play" every day and followed the Nutrition Plan faithfully.
